The only time that i use the red giant effect plugins is for the the recovery pass. it has all of the red giant plugins that i have ever used on prores 422 hq, dnxhd, protools and avid dnxhd i think this is the most comprehensive collection of red giants plugins ever put together. i have used quite a few of their plugins and they are very good. i just wanted to see if i could build a collection of their plugins for a test run. i have been a fan of the red giant suites since the beginning. This is a fun project that i did for fun. however, you can now do more in 4 plugins without using layer templates and be able to share more of your work with other filmmakers and still be able to render it to a final product. In previous versions of the red giant suite (4.x versions), the main advantage of the suite was the fact that you could do everything that you could do in red giant and more in 4 plugins.
